Is technology changing people for better worse?

The term technology too broad get a single answer in it. I think that technology changed people for better. If that refers to that through online conversation, it allowed people communicate more quickly or even able to see each other after long time, or know what is other person doing. It has also allowed us have more knowledge about things. example, learning make a recipe that we really like.

As for what changed people for the worst, example could spending too much time on the mobile device instead chatting with people around or instead of performing physical task. The lack mobility or interactions people in front you can have bad repercussions.
