Zen Gap Fill

Hi. I'm Simon. I'm the UK, and the question I've got in front me is what your idea of zen?

Well, zen can mean lot of things to a lot people. I appreciate that. But for me, zen means being in my camper van parked by a remote beach, or up in mountains, miles away loads of other human beings, all myself, being warm and cozy and able make myself a cup coffee or hot chocolate and able sleep warm and comfortable in a bed night.

Sometimes I like be in tent up in the mountains as well by myself. As long I've got the grand open space and aren't any other human beings around me, and I've got my own space to think about things that are important to me, that my idea of zen. As long as nobody around and disturbing me, as long as I can think by myself and I don't get interrupted my phone or by other people distracting me, that, for me, is my ideal example zen.
